A mountain retreat where silence, warm materials and spa rituals define the guest experience.
For this alpine hospitality concept, we started from the emotional rhythm of the place: arrival from the mountains, quiet mornings, spa rituals, fireplace moments, dinner atmosphere and late evening stillness.
The sound identity was designed to feel calm, warm and protected — avoiding both generic spa music and traditional alpine clichés.
During the day, the atmosphere remains spacious and minimal, with soft ambient and acoustic textures. In the spa, the music becomes slower and more immersive, leaving room for silence, water and ritual. In the restaurant and lounge, the sound gains warmth through slow jazz, organic downtempo and cinematic low-tempo selections.
The result is a sonic identity that supports the architecture: stone, timber, firelight, snow and deep mountain silence.

A nature-based resort shaped by forest, water, sauna rituals and long Nordic light.
We started from the architecture and the landscape.
The sound needed to leave space for the forest, not compete with it.
The sonic direction was built around ambient Nordic textures, soft organic electronic music, cinematic downtempo, slow morning jazz and discreet natural sound elements.
The fireplace lounge was treated as a warm social space, with deeper textures and subtle rhythm. The restaurant allowed more movement in the evening, while remaining calm and refined.
We researched the relationship between Nordic electronic music, environmental sound, minimalism and the long tradition of atmospheric music from Northern Europe.
Instead of turning the location into a cliché, we translated its qualities into sound: restraint, depth, clarity, slowness and warmth.

A culturally sharp boutique hotel where architecture, city identity and contemporary music meet.
For this northern urban hotel concept, we approached the building as more than accommodation: a cultural space with a lobby, restaurant, listening bar, rooftop and late-night lounge.
The sonic identity needed to feel refined and architectural during the day, then warmer, deeper and more social in the evening. We researched northern electronic music, ambient traditions, jazz-influenced electronics, dub textures and the relationship between remote landscapes and urban creativity.
During the morning and afternoon, the atmosphere stays clear and spacious: ambient, light jazz electronics and melodic downtempo. In the restaurant, the sound becomes warmer and more rhythmic. In the bar and lounge, the identity becomes more distinctive, with leftfield electronic, deep house influences, dub and listening-bar selections.
The result is not generic hotel lounge music. It is a sound identity that feels local, contemporary and culturally aware.

We start from the place.
Architecture, interiors, materials, light, landscape, location, brand positioning and target audience.
We study how the guest moves through the space and how the atmosphere should evolve during the day.

We define the sound of the brand.
This includes mood, genres, references, cultural research, energy levels, no-go areas and the emotional role of music in each space.

We design a playlist system for each area.
Each playlist has a function: arrival, morning, afternoon, evening, dinner, late night, spa, lounge, terrace, winter, summer, calm days, high-energy moments.

The system is implemented through licensed music infrastructure for commercial spaces, allowing the property to play music legally while VOID manages the sonic identity and curation.

The system is updated regularly.
We adjust mood, tempo, genres and seasonal direction so the atmosphere stays alive without losing identity.
